By accessing and using appload24 (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
appload24 provides automated social media content distribution services. We detect your Instagram stories and automatically publish them to platforms you choose to connect, using only official APIs, 24/7.
When you connect your accounts, we request only the minimum permissions necessary. We temporarily store your stories only to distribute them. We never sell, modify, or share your content with third parties, and we never store passwords.
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, be at least 18 years old, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@appload24.com.
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, you will be charged $7/month unless you cancel beforehand. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, the terms of all connected social media platforms, and only post content you own or have the legal right to distribute.
You retain all ownership rights to your content. The Service and its software, design, and other materials are owned by appload24 and protected by intellectual property laws.
Each platform has its own terms of service that you must comply with. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions of third-party platform services or APIs.
Your privacy is paramount. We use OAuth 2.0 and never request or store your social media passwords. We collect only the minimum data necessary and implement industry-standard security measures.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
